What is Synergy for Ministry?

syn·er·gy (sĭn’ər-jē) n. The interaction of two or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is greater than the sum of their individual effects.

Synergy for MinistryThat’s the purpose of Synergy for Ministry–by utilizing a virtual environment a unique communication and support system is created for church musicians, pastors, and worship leaders allowing them to build a network of Kingdom-minded musicians so that together we are able to have a “synergistic” effect in building the Kingdom.

This network serves as an encouragement base, provides a materials and idea resource exchange, and creates the opportunity to interact with other leaders. This synergy for ministry also allows each of us to be more efficient with our time, more cost effective with our budgets, and more comprehensive with equipping our leadership, which results in healthier ministers and ministries.
